Core Mechanics

Parry System

Press the block button (F on PC) at the exact frame an enemy attack connects. A successful parry stuns the attacker briefly, creating a window for a counterattack. Parrying is the highest-skill defensive option and separates intermediate players from beginners.

Blocking

Holding block reduces incoming damage but drains stamina over time. Release block to recover. Blocking without parry timing is safer for beginners but leaves you vulnerable to grabs and unblockable moves.

Dash & Movement

Dashing provides invincibility frames at the start of the animation. Use dashes to close distance, escape combos, or reposition during awakening battles. Master dash timing to avoid area-of-effect ultimates.

Awakening Mode

Deal and take damage to fill your Awakening meter. When full, press G to enter Awakening mode — your moveset upgrades with stronger abilities for a limited duration. Awakening timing can turn losing fights into comebacks.

Kill Titles

Each kill progresses your visible title rank displayed above your character. Higher titles signal experience to other players.

Tier 2

City Level

Tier 3

Cursed Child Boss Guide

The Cursed Child (Chara) boss is the only character unlocked through a boss fight. This guide covers spawn mechanics, location, drop rates, and winning strategies.

Spawn Mechanics

  • - Boss events occur every 17.5 minutes of server time
  • - Each event has a 50% chance to spawn Cursed Child (other 50%: Heian Sukuna)
  • - Defeating the boss gives a 33% base chance to unlock the Cursed Child character
  • - Placing Top 3 in damage dealt increases your drop chance (max ~65%)
  • - Drop chance resets when you leave or rejoin a server
  • - Pay 499 Robux via Jimpee NPC in the boss arena to force-spawn the boss

Rewards

  • - 33% chance: Cursed Child playable character + 2 emotes
  • - 67% chance: 2 emotes only
  • - Badge progress for Jujutsu Shenanigans crossover (public servers)
  • - Vessel unlock: pick up the underground knife at the train portal and get a kill while transformed

Boss Strategies

  • - Recommended fighters: Unsealed Sorcerer, Unhinged Esper, Unwanted God, Godly Highschooler
  • - Fight solo or in duos — 3+ players may trigger Special Hell phase
  • - Use side dashes to evade Lethal Wound; cancel Shatter Slashes with Fight at close range
  • - After 3 M1 hits, use Onslaught then dash forward for a safe combo window
  • - Private servers work but any PS+ command (even Strike) permanently disables boss spawns until rejoin

Location

Head to Shinjuku Station at the back of the main map. Pass through the stone wall gap to enter the Boss Arena. The server timer in the bottom-right corner tracks time until the next boss event.

Private Server Warning

Using any Private Server+ command before or during a boss event prevents Cursed Child from spawning. You must leave and rejoin to reset the spawn timer. Even simple commands like Strike trigger this lockout.

Advanced Techniques

Black Flash

Black Flash is a high-damage impact technique triggered when a cursed-energy hit lands with perfect timing during specific combo windows. Characters like Unsealed Sorcerer feature Black Flash in awakening combos such as Ruthless Massacre. Practice M1 cancel timing in private servers.

Wall Combos

Most characters have a Wall Combo that slams opponents into surfaces for extended damage. Position fights near walls, castles, and ruins to maximize wall combo opportunities. Unsealed Sorcerer and Unhinged Esper have especially strong wall carry potential.

Weather System

The map features dynamic weather including lightning strikes that act as environmental hazards. Use weather awareness to force opponents into open areas during storms or use cover during lightning events.

Combo Optimization

Each character has 4–6 base abilities plus awakening replacements. Learn M1 resets, ability canceling, and dash cancels to extend combos. Advanced players chain parry into wall combo into awakening finisher for maximum damage.
