Jump Showdown Duels Tier List
Duels arrived in the Everything Update: Casual, Ranked, Elo seasons, 1v1 to 3v3. The FFA list still exists, but third parties, items, and boss timers no longer save you. Bring a kit that wins a clean launch. Beginners should still read the starter list first.
What changes when the field empties
In FFA, Unwanted God’s average melee and Greatest Psychic’s stall can luck into a kill because someone else tagged the target. In 1v1, stall dies. Vector reflection (Esper) and RCT healing (Sorcerer) go up. Item chaos from the items page goes down unless the lobby still spawns pickups. Cursed Child’s wide slashes become more honest because you can see them. Godly Highschooler remains first; the QTE is easier to hit when fourteen people are not body-blocking the camera.
2v2 and 3v3 re-introduce clutter. Special Hell-style anti-clump tools matter again. If you queue fill 3v3 as a solo, you are back in FFA with extra steps — play the main list. Ranked 1v1 with no fill is the mode this page is for.

- S: Godly Highschooler, Cursed Child — same as FFA, more consistent.
- A: Unhinged Esper, Unsealed Sorcerer — defense and complete tools.
- B: Unwanted God — wins if you are better at M1 than they are at gimmicks.
- Drop: Greatest Psychic and Edgerunner until you can force Mob / Cyber Skeleton on command.
- Banned from advice: Skill Builder imports. Ranked uses the official roster.
Learn parry before you learn a 12-hit confirmer. Duels is a parry game with Awakenings attached. If your F-tap is late, no tier letter saves you. Practice on the map dummies, then take Casual, then Ranked. Bi-monthly seasons reset Elo; do not treat a single bad night as a character problem.
